Cream cheese is the signature topping of the classic Seattle Dog. We don’t know who started this tradition, but we’re happy to continue it! A Seattle Dog is typically sliced down the middle and grilled. The bun is toasted and slathered with cream cheese, and the ‘dog is topped with grilled onions. Additional toppings can include jalapenos, sauerkraut, mustard, or sriracha. Customize it as you please!
