Spicy, Smoky, Sweet Chili
Flavorful and fabulous any time of year, Louisiana Hot Links and beans join together for a chili recipe the whole family loves. Serves 4-6 hungry folks.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Fletcher's Louisiana Hot Links
- 1 small sweet onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 29 oz. can tomato sauce
- 15 oz. can baked beans
- 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 Tbsp chili power
- 2 heaping Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic power
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (more or less)

Directions:
- Remove casing from links, and place in large skillet with onion, and garlic.
- Cook over medium-high heat until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add the remaining ingredients then simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
