You can cook our bacon in whatever way you like! We recommend you pan fry, bake, or microwave Fletcher’s bacon to desired crispness. When you bake it, we recommend you do so on a rack over a pan for maximum crispness throughout your bacon slices.
For the best taste, we recommend you cook sausages on the grill, on the stove, or in the oven. For stovetop cooking, place links in a cold skillet and pan fry over medium heat, turning occasionally. Sausages are fully cooked when their internal temperature reaches 160°F, approximately 10-12 minutes for breakfast links or 16-18 minutes for dinner links.
Our hams are sold fully cooked! To heat, remove all packaging and place ham in a shallow roasting pan. For half hams, place flat side down in the pan. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 275°F for approximately 15-18 minutes per pound, until heated through — around 135°F to 145°F. Do not overheat. Once ham reaches ideal temperature, remove ham from oven. Let stand, covered, 5-10 minutes before serving. Keep in mind the temperature will continue to rise once removed from the oven.
Our fresh dinner sausage links are made with natural pork casings. Fletcher’s fresh breakfast sausage links are made with collagen casings. For our smoked and cooked franks and sausages, we make both natural casings and skinless varieties.
